Formula Used

The calculation is straightforward:

Net Working Hours = Total Hours Worked - Break Duration

Where:

  • Total Hours Worked - The total hours you worked including breaks
  • Break Duration - The total time you took for breaks

If your break duration is entered in minutes, it will be converted to hours before calculation.
